Floor Levelling Project

  • Date: July 2022
  • Project Type: Property

About this Project

The concrete floor in the dining room needed to be dug out to a depth low enough to be able refill with self leveller. This section of the concrete floor was a second extension to the house and had been added in a somewhat clumsy manner shall we say!
Originally it didn’t matter to the client that the floor wasn’t perfectly level because it was having a stone floor laid over it, so any discrepancies in the level could be easily made to vanish just laying the stone flags. Once a recycled badminton Court was purchased by the client, suddenly the discrepancies mattered!
I’ll be laying the wooden floor so will bring you photos soon. The final picture in this post shows you the badminton Court waiting to be laid.

I can’t wait!!
